QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
1 Raw Material Inspection
Firstly, inspecting the strength, tensile properties, and other indicators of the material, to ensure that the quality of the raw materials meets the requirements.
2 Production Process Inspection
During the production process, various processes are inspected, such as the welding strength, weaving, cleaning, etc., to ensure that the quality of each step meets the requirements.
3 Product Sampling
Conduct sampling on the finished products to inspect their wire diameter,thickness,mesh size,width,length,weight, strength, accuracy, and to ensure stable product quality.
4 Product Appearance Inspection
Inspect the appearance of finished products, such as flatness, surface smoothness, color, etc., to ensure that the appearance of the product meets the requirements.
5 Functional Inspection
Conduct inspections on the function, such as breathability and filtration, to ensure that the product meets the requirements.
6 Packaging Inspection
Inspect the packaging, for example, using wire to make a star on both side of welded wire mesh, in case the middle of the roll falling out the bottom. to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation.
7 Qualified Products Leaving The Factory
